You will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient care on the ward, completing thorough nursing assessments, patient feedback surveys, participating in audits as well as supporting the Ward Manager with length of stay and delivering and improving the quality of care within the ward. We are a friendly, modern, forward thinking ward promoting evidence based high standards of patient care.  We have a Practice Development Nurse in post who will support your transition into your new role.
