We are looking for highly motivated person to work as part of the Admin & Clerical team in a very busy Women & Children’s Paediatric department. Duties will include managing the reception desk for the Emergency Assessment Unit, booking outpatient appointments, locating notes for admission, filing episode notes & general administrative duties.
You will have:
- High level literacy & numeric skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Exceptional interpersonal & customer care skills
- Experience of office & reception work
- Ability to work under pressure & work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a strong team
There may be a requirement for cross site working to cover Paediatrics at Maidstone Hospital.
We are looking to recruit to 33 hours per week working office hours below but negotiable:-
Monday 9.00 - 5.00
Tuesday 9.00 - 5.00
Wednesday 9.00 – 5.00
Thursday 9.00 - 5.00
Friday 9.00 – 3.00 (alternate Fridays)
