An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sister on Ward 2/ Tunbridge Wells Frality Unit on the Tunbridge Wells site. This is a 26 bedded unit which specialises in elderly care and acute frality. This role requires a dedicated applicant who is passionate about elderly care, improving patient pathways and supporting patient flow and has at least 3 years experience as a senior nurse. The role requires excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the ward and will need to ensure high standards of care for patients. The role will involve managerial duties and supporting the team through changes within the NHS.

The programme is full-time (please contact the programme lead if this is problematic: firstname.lastname@example.org), lasts for two weeks and will involve travelling to both Trust sites. The programme includes supernumerary shifts in the clinical area and classroom-based study days which run from 9am to 5pm.
