Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust have the opportunity for a suitably qualified Sonographer with previous experience of working in the NHS.

Initially the post is offered as a Band 7 with the possibility to progress to a Band 8a is a set of competencies are successfully completed. The principle location for the job will be Tunbridge Wells Hospital, Pembury although they may be occasions when the Sonographer is required to work at Maidstone. You will be joining a well-established, forward-going team of Sonographers who provide a wide range of high quality ultrasound examinations including Gynaecology, Early pregnancy scans, first trimester screening, obstetric anomalies and obstetric growth scans.

Continued Professional Development is expected and well supported, both in-house and with access to outside courses and we have a well-established in-house training programme. Clinical Governance sessions are monthly and clinical activity is suspended where possible to allow for attendance.
