Audio Typist Band 2, 22.5 hours Part Time

If you are polite, caring, organised and flexible in your outlook, have good literacy, numeracy and excellent keyboard and audio skills with a willingness to learn you could be just the person we are looking for!

The Haematology Department has a vacancy for an Audio Typist based at Maidstone Hospital & Tunbridge Wells Hospital (cross Site Cover Required)

You will be part of a dedicated team, committed to delivering a high standard of service to cancer patients. Key responsibility will involve acting as an audio typist supporting the Consultant Haematologists secretarial team cross both sites. Key tasks include audio typing of clinics, distributing post and general clerical support for the team. As the majority of the work will involve the use of computers and information systems, a familiarity with computer packages such as word processing and administration systems is essential.

Working Days/Hours for this post will be Thursday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00
