We are looking to recruit into the Workforce Systems and Information Lead positions.

The Workforce System & Information Lead will play a significant part in managing the Trust’s Workforce Systems and Information service, inclusive of the service delivery, development and implementation of workforce and people systems across services delivered by HR. You will also be required to support workforce projects as required which contribute to the achievement of the Trust's workforce strategy.

You should have significant experience working within the workforce planning and information field and have a good understanding of workforce systems. They will have excellent communication, IT and report writing skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to managing work priorities.
