An opportunity has arisen for a full time Admin Support Secretary within the Accident and Emergency Team at Tunbridge Wells Hospital.

A good range of secretarial skills, including knowledge of medical terminology, audio word-processing etc is required. The ability to organise your day and work as part of a team are also desirable. Applicants should be confident, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, along with a flexible approach to duties. The applicant should be able to demonstrate an interest to learn new skills. They should also hold relevant secretarial / audio / word-processing qualification and ideally have previous NHS / medical experience. The applicant should be able to travel to Tunbridge Wells Hospital when required.

Please note that appointment to this post will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service Check at enhanced level. (Enhanced level now includes regulated checks against vulnerable adults and children)
