We have an ambitious Quality Improvement programme underway and are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to help us make a real difference.

As part of this programme, we are now looking to recruit a Patient Experience Lead to deliver and embed the Trust’s Patient Experience Strategy ‘Making it Personal’.  You will lead on key elements of Patient Experience and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop innovative practice in providing high quality care to patients.

In this exciting role that spans the full range of our services, we are looking for an experienced, motivated individual who has worked at a senior level within Patient Experience. It is important that you are able to work autonomously and provide strong leadership and professional advice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to our patients’ experience at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. If you are passionate about improving patient experience and would like to help us continue to embed a culture of Quality Improvement across the Trust we would love to hear from you.
