The Microbiology department are looking for a self motivated and adaptable person to assist the lead Microbiology Consultant and senior staff within the department with administration duties. This individual will be responsible for management of diaries and documents for meetings along with the ordering and receipting of goods. Must be able to prioritize own workload whilst working with minimal instruction and supervision to tight deadlines. Minute taking skills along with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft office products (especially word and excel) are essential. 

The main location for this role will be Maidstone Hospital but cross site travel may be required.

The hours for the role are 22.5 per week Wednesday - Friday.
