An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, well-motivated and efficient individual who enjoys working in a challenging and busy environment. The post holder will provide a high quality general administration service for the Medical Education Department.

The Medical Education Department is responsible for developing, managing and delivering a range of high quality and cost effective medical educational services within the Trust to specifications required by the General Medical Council, Health Education England, London and the South East, associated Medical Schools and the Trust’s strategic and operational framework.  The successful applicant will work with the Management Team to achieve these overall aims.

The successful candidate will be adaptable, hardworking and have excellent communication and computer skills. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate strong team working skills and the ability to work on their own initiative.

You will be self-motivated, adaptable, have excellent time management and a willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges whether working on your own or part of a team.

The person appointed will be based in the Academic Centre Maidstone. However, there will be a requirement for the post holder to be flexible in their working arrangements and on occasions to work on the Tunbridge Wells site.

The position is for 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Please Note: Applicants must be aged 16 or above, have been resident in the UK/EU for the last 3 years, must not hold a Level 3 qualification or above in the subject they will complete the training in and must not already be in any form of formal government-funded education.
