We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, experienced nurse leader to be our next Chief Nurse and join our executive team as it continues on an ambitious programme of service and cultural transformation. You will play an integral part in the transformation of services and culture of the trust, and as part of the evolving Kent & Medway STP as it develops integrated care pathways across acute and community settings.
You will be a strong, visible and compassionate leader who is able to inspire colleagues through your professional credibility and personal gravitas. An excellent team player, you will have significant experience of senior nurse leadership at director level gained within acute provider organisations with a track record of excellent patient care and staff engagement.
