An opportunity has arisen within the Clinical Governance Directorate at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust for an enthusiastic and motivated personal assistant who is proficient in diary management and secretarial duties to join our team. The role is diverse, covering patient safety, quality and risk and requires an ability to respond to ever-changing demands and requirements.
We are seeking a candidate with a ‘can-do attitude’ who possesses an exceptional standard of IT and administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You would benefit from having been an administrative lead or office manager previously with an aptitude for producing reports and ability to administrate for large corporate meetings, this will include minute taking. There are many opportunities for development within the role so it will suit you if you are looking to grow professionally. Knowledge of clinical governance and its role within the NHS would be of benefit, although, not essential.
